Tailored to Care offers in‑house therapeutic services to the children in their care, providing personalised psychological support through evidence‑based interventions delivered by a qualified therapist. These sessions are closely integrated with the daily care environment, allowing each child’s emotional and developmental needs to be addressed holistically. Alongside this, staff members receive regular training and supervision from the therapy team to ensure they can reinforce therapeutic techniques, model trauma‑informed care, and deliver consistent, emotional support. Additionally, staff also receive one-one therapy as part of the staff team, and as a part of the home's well-being ethos.
